For a delivery quotation to any non mainland or the following postcodes (PH, PA, IV, KW, AB) please call 07976 372584 during office hours. Once your order has been processed we will contact you with a quote at which point you may continue with the order or decline and receive a refund.
Weekend delivery is also available for an additional charge of £50.
Delivery charge discounts available for multiple item orders.
(This is a guide only. The delivery price will always be listed next to the item. On occasion however, if an item is bulky but lower value, or vice-versa, the charge may vary. We never make any profit on delivery costs ! )

Delivery Times
The expected delivery time is displayed next to each item. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will advise of suppliers lead times. If the wait is longer than expected, you can of course cancel the order at this point.
The delivery will be made by ourselves, a trusted courier company or direct from the supplier. In all cases you will be contacted in advance to discuss delivery arrangements. Delivery slots will be as specific as possible so there's no hanging around at home all day wondering when we're going to come! All deliveries are fully insured. Please try to check the item on delivery Please note that our warehouse is not a showroom and is used only for storage - as such there isn't always someone there! So if you would like to collect your order and take advantage of no delivery charges, please call or email us first to arrange.
Measurements
Please make sure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. Consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points. If you need to return an item of furniture, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.
Customer satisfaction and returns
Your statutory rights are of course not affected. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding faulty items.
